TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.1. ServicesI provide freelance digital art and development services, including:- 2D & 3D artwork
- 3D modeling and game-ready assets
- Character modeling
- Minecraft/Blockbench assets and animations
- VRChat avatar work
- Pixel art and sprites
- Game UI/GUI
- Animation and rendersEach project will be discussed individually, including the scope, requirements, references, price, and deadline.2. PaymentPayment terms must be agreed upon before work beginsA deposit or full payment is required upfront, depending on the project.Accepted payment methods include:- Wise
- Bank Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
- Gift CardsInstallment payments may be available for larger projects if agreed upon beforehand.3. Project Scope & RevisionsThe agreed price covers the agreed project scopeAdditional work or requests outside the original scope may require an additional feeReasonable revisions within the agreed scope are allowed. Major changes or redesigns may cost extra.4. DeliveryDelivery times depend on the project's complexity, workload,and revisionsDelays caused by late responses, missing information, additional requests,or other circumstances may affect the deadline.Rush orders may be accepted when available and may require an additional fee.5. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations after work has started may not receive a full refund.Completed work is non refundableIf I am unable to complete a project, a refund may be provided for the unfinished portion of the work6. PortfolioI may display completed work on my portfolio, website, and social mediaIf a project is confidential or cannot be publicly displayed, this must be discussed before payment7. AgreementBy making a payment or confirming a commission, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.Any special requirements or exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon before payment
